There are four common derivatives of a name which frequently appear in passwords:

1. Direct name
2. The addition of numbers (appending 2 digit year and 4 digit dob)
3. The addition of symbols (possibly along with numbers)
4. Reversing the name (with or without numbers and symbols)

While doing attack make sure to do by name , name + year combination + username of email combination.
